4 Operating Roll-up Models - two motorized and two manual

Motorized Roll-up:
• In-tube motor in roller tube -- maximum cycles per hour is 8
• Opens at 8 - 9 inches per second
• External jackshaft motor with chain hoist backup
• Opens at 10 to 12 inches per second

Manual Roll-up:
• Spring load roller tube -- max. width - 10 ft, max. height - 10 ft
• Chain Hoist – uses counter balance spring

3 Mounting Styles:
• In-Jamb -under lintel and between jambs
• Inside Standoff - sits in front of existing warehouse door
• Face of Wall -interior / exterior where no door is present

• Guidetrack is 4 inches standard and can be 6 inches for larger openings (optional)

A. Bug Screen
• Vinyl encapsulated woven polyester mesh
• Plain weave 17 x 11
• Weight of material is 11.7 oz per sq. yard
• Various color options available for screen and stiffener pocket

B. Bird Screen
• Woven coated polyester mesh
• Larger opening than the bug screen material, hole diameter 5/16 inch
• Weight: 9.5 oz per square yard
• Available in blue only

Achieves strength and rigidity across the opening
• Uses fiberglass rods as a standard horizontal stiffener/wind load bar
• Metal stiffeners are available (for larger openings) Seals at the sides, along the top and floor
• PVC strips attach to the guidetrack and secure at the wall on each side
• Brush seal across the top of the door opening
• Vinyl floor pocket with chain to seal to the floor

Locks for security (optional feature)
• Floor slide lock mechanisms are available for manual screens
• Slide lock mechanisms and kill switches available for motorized screens
